The year 2019 marked an important milestone for Tonyawire Kennel with the arrival of Mariss Yumoreska, a beautiful Wirehaired Kaninchen Dachshund female selected from outstanding European bloodlines.

Yumoreska became the foundation female of our Kaninchen Wirehaired Dachshund breeding program and the dog that transformed our passion for the breed into a long-term breeding project.

Her excellent pedigree, correct breed type, and wonderful temperament made her the ideal choice to establish the future generations of Dachshunds carrying the Tonyawire prefix.

Today, her legacy continues through her descendants, including Roua of Tonyawire, and she remains one of the most influential dogs in the history of our kennel.
